Why I Do the Work That I Do

I was frustrated with seeing so many brilliant, amazing people struggling in their business. They’re top of their game, love what they do, yet they’re not creating a sustainable, thriving business that feeds their soul — and their wallet.

I’m not in this because I want to get rich, famous, or because I can’t find other work.  I’m here because I love it.  I’m as passionate about clients’ business as they are.

I only work with clients I believe in.  I ask a ton of questions.   I believe in being a true partner with my clients.   I know that my success is built on the success of my clients.  And I don’t take that lightly.

How I’m Unique

I’ve worked in the corporate world (even got the MBA) so I really understand what it takes to market a business.  But I also ‘get’ heart-centered entrepreneurs who started their business on passion — so I understand both sides.

My goal is to help you combine the passion and the marketing in a way that’s easy to understand, that is authentic to you, and allows you to really let your brilliance shine.

As passionate, enthusiastic, energizing, honest, down-to-earth, practical, courageous, direct, no-nonsense, committed, thoughtful, caring, and authentic, with a can-do attitude.  In a nutshell, I have verve.

My Attitude

Though not necessarily ‘business’ related, this story shows my dedication, hustle and can-do attitude:

Over a decade ago I moved to France without speaking the language, without a job, and without a place to live.  Yet within a few short weeks I found a job, an apartment, and immersed myself in the language.  And I ended up living and working there for 5 years! (I’m now back in the U.S.).

I did what it took to succeed — and I help my clients do the same.

Dinneen’s Bio

Dinneen Diette, MBA is a dynamic combination of marketing and business strategist, consultant, mentor, and coach.  She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs think big and play bigger to build a thriving, profitable business that they love.   It is her ability to see potential and possibility and turn it into action that has led to tremendous success for her clients.   Dinneen has a natural talent for empowering leadership, prosperity and success in others.

Dinneen has over 15 years experience in marketing, public relations and business development.  She was the Assistant Director of Communications for the Massachusetts Secretary of State, where she was awarded the Best Press Secretary in Government.  Dinneen also worked in Marketing & Sales for Club Med, and Business Development for the Government of Quebec. In addition, as an entrepreneur she founded and successfully ran her own nutrition business.

She also taught Business and Marketing courses at Bridgewater State University (in Massachusetts, USA), and was an instructor at the University of Stendhal and the Grenoble School of Management, both in Grenoble, France.  Dinneen received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the Grenoble Graduate School of Business, a top-ranked business school in France.
